and with what program i put the skin because i heard vista is complicated with themes

Windowblinds or you can be a l337 h4x0r and patch some files and put in your own visual sytles. I would not recommend doing this on Vista because you can fark up your pc like me
, or if you're confident you can just do it anyway. But you should make a restore point before doing it.
