What time do you guys sleep? Just curious
And how old are you?
I think these two questions are related.

Edit: Sorry I forgot to post mine,
I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6:50am for school
and i'm 15

But whenever I sleep late on like weekends, I can never wake up early, always ended up waking up at around 9

I sleep usually whenever I fall asleep.

Usually about 11-12 on weekdays, and most weekends 3-4am.

Anytime from 11 to 2 17 years old.

9 to 11
but during the weekend i dont sleep
i stick with redbull to keep me woke up

And you guys can stay awake during the day without having like quick short naps?!!!!

Around 2.30 am everyday.

12-1 on weekdays. 2-3 on weekends and during holidays around 10am

I'm 14.

The real question should be how many hours of sleep you get a night. I sleep from 1 - 6:45 am usually so thats almost 6 hours. I do get sleepy around my afternoon classes sometimes and I literally pass out for a couple minutes and somehow I shock myself awake.

well, i sleep from around 1am - 6:30am weekdays, 3am - 11,12am on weekends. i also get about another hour sleeping on the way to school, and if we are copying a note or watching a movie in a class and the lights are off i tend to do that phase in and out of sleep junk which gets really annoying after awhile.

the idea is dont sweat yourself during the afternoon

I'm actually Nocturnal. So i usually fall asleep around 6:30 a.mish, and i wake up around 3-4 p.m.

Terrible sleep schedule = I go to sleep at around 4-5am and wake up at 11am-noon. I'm 18.

usually the same throughout the whole week

12-2 AM. unless its time for finals then i might push it another hour

Depends on some factors.

Generally, I hit the sack around 3 or 4am, wake up on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 630am for school, and on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday at 830am for work.

If I'm blazed/drunk as hell, I can pass out earlier.

If I'm doped up on adderall or vyvance, I can go without sleep for 2 or 3 nights if I get enough of it from a friend.

And oh, I'm 22.

Entirely depends on my schedule for the next day. How many classes I have, which classes I have, do I have work, am I meeting anyone later. Sometimes I don't go to sleep at all and I'll be up for 30-35 hours and because of that I end up going to sleep like at 4pm and sleep through a whole day. I'm 19.

Basically what I'm saying is I'm fucked up, kids don't be like me. Drink your milk, eat your veggies, and go to sleep when mommy says.

8pm - 6am, 10 hours sleep

I don't have a fixed hour to go to bed. It all depends on how tired I am and if there's something fun to do.

Wake up at 8AM during the week.
8.30 on most Sundays.
Saturday is my sleep to noon day if nothing has to be done that morning.

11pm-1am...everyday...unless special occasion

wake up at 7:30am...so a good 8hr sleep~

Don't really sleep a lot ( Bad Insomnia and works night shift )

But when i do its usually... Like 7 am - 5 pm

Between 10-12 (or when I'm tired)
Last night was 1am though

I'm 27

During the weekdays I sleep at about 4 AM and wake up for school at about 6 AM.

If I'm lucky I'll do my work early and get a 9 PM sleep; but it's rare.

Weekends = sleep from 7-12

i go to bed at 12.30 on week nights. and i get up for
work around 6-ish. i need about 6 hours sleep every
night, and going to bed early doesn't work for me cause
i won't fall asleep before midnight anyways.

I noticed when last year, i could still get at least 8 hours when sleeping late. But not this year. I have to get up at 6:30 now. I also need 8 hours to function properly.

Cool beans.

1am-9am for now...My moms rules ftl. During weekend it can go up to like 4am and getting up around 11am.

Weekdays will change when I find a job haha x.X
