Ditto.

I only listen to music that have good lyrics, wouldn't waste my life listenning music that has no message at all, everything is about sex now, which is why the world sucks now.

And that is why i mostly listen Ska and Reggae

The World has always sucked and there's always been something to complain about. Were no more special than the people that have lived before us.

yeah, you're right but people didn't realize till recently(hippies ftw) and let's not turn this into an emo thread now and explain how the world sucks because this would have no end

I swear i heard a song with that tune but it had diff lyrics, and it wasn't rap.

There is no most important part of a song imo. It should all work together harmoniously and if it doesn't then the whole song fails because of it. I've don't have anything on my computer that i don't agree with and i have everything from Yanni to apple bottom jeans to MSI. Vocals are just as instrumental as the instruments and tone and lyrics all play a part in the song but they don't work unless they're supported by good music....

and the tila tequila song....just...makes me angry....

The message may be bad, but it is generally true for most people. They will do anything for money or a quick satisfaction. It's sad.

+1

I listen to three main things:

Lyrics

Instrumentals

If the singer sounds good. So I'm really picky with my music.

same.

i like the lyrics on some songs, but most of the times i
just have music as background noise when i'm working.
most music i listen to don't really have lyrics anyways.

it's not like i don't ever listen to music with good lyrics
though. i have a lot of bands i can really listen to. but
like i said i mostly just like the background noise. as in
beats with some funny sounds, some scratching, etc.

and some music about sex, or more like lust, i like.

examples:
Spoiler!

and i still like the lyrics of this song:
Spoiler!

Love the lyrics, hate the sound. Maybe if someone such as linkin park or Smashing pumpkins redid it it could be awesome.
