So tonight i was heading to the cinema with my girl and this idiot pulls out in front of me when he is supposed to giveway to me and i hit nose to nose at around 30(ish)mph. When we got out of the cars he said sorry i didnt look to my right.

My honda civic is completely wrecked and well i remodeled his passat, everyone was fine but we still went to hospital to get checked out. He was lucky i didnt hit him from the side or god know's what would have happened.

His insurance will go crazy when they find out they have to buy me a new civic!

I'm pretty shakin up about the whole thing and i didnt get to see my bloody valentine!

My first car crash sounds similar to yours. I was scared as hell. At least his insurance is paying for your car.

Well that sucks, but good thing everyone's alright =).

Its a new one, well the newest model. Its still worth like 12,000 GBP.

The worst thing that happened was the airbag, it pushed my arms to my face. i have minor burns to my hands from the airbag aswell and my neck is sore from the impact.

At least you get a new car right?

yeah i hope so, the police told me he had insurance and that the company will pay for my car to be fixed or if its written of the road then a new car. But my dad said it wont get fixed its too badly crashed.

lol its a civic, a crash at 5mph would total it

My car was removed to the scrap yard on yesterday there is too much damage and becuase its a new car it would cost a bomb to get fixed so i went to see some civics today at a local dealer.

I'm either going to get this red one or the same in black.





The red looks the sex but i have ideas for the black one.

Black on black with black tinted windows, batman style!

The whole thing is working out good for me, i get new car with less mileage and it doesn't effect my insurance which is crazy for me becuase of my age and the engline size i'm driving.

I have been diagnosed with whiplash and have to see an orthopaedic specialist, My parents think i should go in for a claim becuase the guy was so stupid but who knows, i'm not in that much pain at the moment its just uncomfortable.

I'm not sure, if i was him i could understand someone wanting their car replaced but if i claim it will make his insurance go even higher and i wouldn't want that to happen to me so i dont know if i'd do it to someone else after all i'm only in discomfort.
