Code: Select all

They want Dr. Paul to give them an easy answer that won't cause major losses. What they fail to realize is, in reality, there are gains and losses. I find it funny that they ignored every solution he proposed, as if*;

  1. *ending the war(s) is unrealistic
  2. *bringing all overseas troops home because Vietnam/WW1/WW2/Korean War are over is unrealistic
  3. *letting bad debt be liquidated is unrealistic
  4. *letting competent companies thrive while incompetent companies fail is unrealistic
  5. *letting states and private industries focus on infrastructure is unrealistic
  6. *cutting back on taxing and spending [military included] is unrealistic

* == "as if"

Spoiler!

like all politicians he's hit and miss...the gov't can be a powerful tool, more than just a system of basic order, but it needs to be managed properly...

I like how Ron repeats himself constantly and they still don't want to hear it.

As much as I adore Ron Paul for what he does .. I am happy he never became president. America actually having a liberal-thking president will be the death of Anti-American humour :<
