Backpacks!

Post by Locketart »

Ok I've given up on jansport, they have failed me for the last time. So I'm going to try this new brand and my friend says he's had his bag for 3 years already and it's still like new. So here's what I'm getting in dusty olive.

http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... at4=504478

I've already ordered it. I also wanted to try SwissGear since they are around $40 on Amazon. Anyone here has had a SwissGear backpack? What other brands you guys recommend? How long have you had your backpack and are there any tears on it?

whats an east pak O_o? i've only seen kipling's D:

I only use Bulldozer bags. look alot better than most bags i've seen and they are like 10 euro and last for 3 years if you throw them around on a daily process.

Edit: never actually seen on sale anywhere else but Bulgaria, but you can still search for it...

Kipling in Holland is for the first year students who think they need all their books on them 24/7.
"Hey bag, where are you going with that child?" is a sentence that springs to mind when I think about Kiplings.

Well I need to carry a laptop, 1 or 2 textbooks and accessories so the ridge runner isn't too bad with around 1800 cubic inches. The Turbo is a beast though, it has 2700 cubic inches of space.

The looks kind of turned me off though.

Sorry..internet sarcasm. I've got a 'tracker' backpack but they've got way to many for me to search through to post a pic. I've had a SwissGear before and it was holding up well until the zipper started to tear away from the backpack itself.

I used to live in Downey. Now I live in Rowland Heights. Near Pomona, West Covina, and Hacienda Heights. I go to school in Whittier.

Agreed on both 100% :P

Kipling = horrible ^^ i remember this kid in first year having this HUGEEEEEEEEE kipling bag with only 1 of those click thingies to hold it up, everyone always used to unclick it and his whole supply for his journey around the world would fall out... poor guy :P
Eastpak ftw, been using mine for over 5 years and its as good as new basicly ^^
