YouTube Hacked?

Ok,
I kid you not, this happened just now, like 10 mins ago. I just opened youtube, put "Fail" in the search box (im bored and in class) and then this window popped up, i read it and was like wow. Took a SS, refreshed... still same window, and then after 1 more refresh it went normal.
Here is the SS.
Has anyone else seen it?

Happens every once in a while, doesn't mean they've been hacked. It's more or less a BSOD.

That error report probably says "X server crashed at 0x13409usfduifaegyubro8fg6"
But they back everything up.
