Can anyone explain what is going on there? what and why Israel attacks?

Sorry in advance if this is a uncomfortable thing or a delicate topic to talk about for some people.

Israel is attack Gaza due to Hamas *terrorist group in Gaza and elsewhere* constantly launching rockets into Israel on a daily basis.
They've *Israel* have been needing to clear them out for a while. And now they are.

no idea who's attacking who tbh

i'll probably read it in the papers tomorrow

hamas is just attacking israel back and they're not terrorists

the ppl who kill women and children *israel* is the terrorists

that's what happening

people live in peace (gaza's ppl) , gets attacked from israel...

then some brave people call themselves hamas try to do something to prevent israel from attacking

then you call them terrorists for defenfing their country

I have to disagree with you here mate. I myself from Israel.. I`ve been living here for almost 9 years.. In this period, I`ve been trough a lot of teracts by Hamas or any other teroristic organizations. My friends been trough this too. For this period, Israel never attacked Hamas without a reason. I dont really know why they attack Gaza now.. I dont understand why the war has to continue.. All these argues with Livan,Yarden and other Palestinic countries are gone too far.. I cant understand why can`t we all just live in peace... It`ll be much better for everyone than this war... >.<

another brainwashed by western media?israel was cutting food aids and electricity gas everything and hamas isnt terrorist group its an democracy party that got elected by palestinians they a re free to elect who they want and tasdik u mean that hamas that is protecting palestine is terrorist group? so if u defend ur country u are a terrorist right?looser... israel already get their ass kicked 3soldiers dead or more each day cuz they mad a terrestre attack with tanks etc
the best thing that will happen in the world is wiping out israel if israel didnt got usa support they would have been crushed by arabs army i hope usa stop helping that terrorist country i cant even call it a country its not even their place its a palestinian territory then england made israel in 1944 so jews will push america to enter war in europe

u just won't say that ur country is the bad one and palestinians aren't terrorists
because it's ur country u will be on it's side even if they're wrong
so arguing with you would be useless

i just feel sorry for gaza

Good or bad is a mere matter of opinion. What's a freedom figher to one, is a terrorist to the other.
The fighting should stop, I don't care who started.

This thread will only lead to fighting, and that's something there is already plenty of in this world. Locked.
