errm, what setting should i have it like Frames per minute etc when i convert avi to mpeg or whatever its called.

i don't want the quality to be horrible, but i don't want the file to be massive.

what software are you using to convert, usually standard media (tv shows, movies, etc.) run at about 24fps.
