Alt+Tab or Shift+Tab

Which do you find more convenient and why?
I prefer Shit+Tab, so when I have multiple 4chan sites open in one window I can just Shift+Tab through them with my left hand while I masturbate with my right.

ctrl + t > shift+tab 4chan windows

I find that ctrl + w works better for threads like these.
