Was just a glitch with the clock, cause the extra leap second on the last minute of 08. Didn't like the 61 sec minute.

I hope no one was using their zune as a source of music @ house parties.

They only didn't work for the 31st of Dec. Because of the extra day in 2008. It was only the Zune 30's that were affected and mine is working fine now as is everybody else.

And as said, I'd rather have a bricked Zune than a iPod anyday.

I think being able to turn on is a pretty important feature. With that being said, and because i'm not a blind zune fanboy, I rather have an iPod that turns on rather than a bricked zune

From my years of experience in software. Microsoft has never done anything right in its entire life. They think because they own like 95% of the market, they can build a shitty window and people would have no choice but buy it.

Yea and Zune got fcked up because of the date thingy. I wonder who do they employ in Microsoft, a monkey can do better job then them.

The 30GB Zune's only bricked on December 31 2008 and where perfectly fine after that day.


I myself own a 30GB Zune and it did not brick because I did not turn it on that day. It is perfectly fine right now and runs with no problem.

The Zune is awesome, better than some Ipod. imo

I like ipods because they started something new and different with their release. Seems like the Zune was only a effort to compete with the ipod. Nobody likes a follower .
