I don't know where this server is located, but I can download with 8mb / second from the Dutch gamershell servers.
Anyways I'm paying 36 euro's a month for this (no download limit) and it includes unlimited free phone use when you call with a few big providers in the netherlands. The internet itself is 27 a month.

That's my internet speed, we got pretty damn fast internet Ya ours is under $100 a month for cable and that internet, plus we got 2 HD cable boxes so probably around $40 a month for the internet
