They are awesome look like wushu with a mix of ninjustu. When i took northern shaolin there were ppl doing that in my school but that was a while back. Need alot flexibilty to pull that stuff off
Guano Apes-open your eyes i love that song gets u pumped up to do stuff. Lyrics are good too if u listen good
