I don't think it's a tumor or anything along those lines, just a big nose. Atleast nothing was mentioned in the description box. Lol, I would assume it's "naturally grown" I can't imagine someone going to a plastic surgeon and saying " well doc I've always been a fan of Rudolph....".

This big nose is a simptome of alcoholism. A serius one.
