Missing drivers...

So, I've went to my friend to format his computer. Windows is now installed, graphic drivers are installed, but she lost the CD containing motherboard drivers (Ethernet, audio...). So, I've been trying to Google up some drivers, but without any success. Maybe anyone from here can help me out.

Nixie, is it a custom built pc or stock ?

If it's stock just google the computer type / number / brand. Should be driver packs for it.

Stock. I'll see if I can find out what the computer name actually is. And I didn't really think about the official nVidia website, I'll take a look at it.
