defective fly

i bought some new skinny jeans earlyer this week and they have a defective fly. It goes down by it's self and i have to re-zip it every few mins. Anyone know how too fix a defective fly? I just put some elmers glue on it. But it's not working too well. Anyone know how too fix this? (Sorry for any miss spelled words or errors. I'm posting on my phone)

id tear it out and replace it with 4 buttons
but taking out the fly is tricky for me

No, these pants are actually like 2 sizes too big. I have to pull them up all the time.
I glued the fly closed and it hasn't opened all day. I just have to take my pants off to go pee now -.-
