evertime i try you load up fckin youtube it always gets an error or sumtimes it says the vid is removed and i have to reload the page about 10 times before it fckin starts playing
When i call the custermer service up it always puts me thru to some indian who i can barly understand
if i live in england i want a fckin english person on custermer service who i can understand
it just really pis ses me off

Actually I have this problem... SRO doesn't disconnect when this happens but my browser goes down and won't load anything. I figured it was the NetGear router giving me this problem as It's connected to two computers but it doesn't seem to be the NetGear...
If you unplug router for ten minutes the problem goes away but soons return an hour or so later. And my broadband is 10mb/s.
Happens on both computers and sometimes takes up 10 minutes for browsers to load anything.
(Only started happening lately)
But... they're not that shit, before they switched to Virgin Media I had 18 months free internet even after having a letter saying I'd been disconnected

Hahah i agree with you on the indian part, everytime i call customer service for anything, its some indian that i have to ask to repeat what he said like 2817398127398 times
