Is there a way to tell if I have one and if I do how much it is?
If you are wondering I live in New York and my ISP is roadrunner.

im like 100% roadrunner doesnt have a limit my dad has it and hes never had a problem with it, and when im over there i dl a bunch of shit >_>

i use verizon dsl and i usually leave my comp running over 4-5 nights running sro and downloading huge stuffs and Ive never lost internet so i guess i dont have a limit, and AFAIK not many isp's use limits when there competition doesn't

Actually, there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. Everyone has a limit. You guys just have too much. I don't even know mine. >_<

But the ones with no limit just throttle it if you go crazy with it at peak times.
