If your using fdirefox try using DownloaderHelper. It can download flash files last i checked.

- download from buffer of your browser. Contents are stored in your internet temporary folder. Get it easier with Firefox, in address bar type:
about:cache
Follow the link in bottom at get the music file with > 2Mb
