if i buy one of those prepaid credit cards from Shoppers(store) can i use it on paypal? i have never used a credit card before for paypal and i just want to know if a prepaid one would work and how it would work.

you just need to add the credit card like a real credit card it will charge u 1.20-1.23$ to activate it in ur paypal

Make sure the card has a way to check Purchase History and Balance so you wont be f'ed :]]

I have purchased silk before with a gift card (pre-paid)I used a VISA gift card from wal-Greens pharmacy.

Only if they allow you to add a billing address. Don't get Vanilla Visa - they only allow you to add a zip code. The billing address on your paypal and on your prepaid card has to match in order for transactions to go through. A deposit of $1 from your card is also needed upon registration. Don't forget to activate the card by calling the number on the card holder and registering via phone and internet. I used those Gift Card Mall (Visa) from Pathmark before and it worked. Good luck.

I just remembered that if you have Wal-Mart around your area (we don't), their Visa/Mastercard Prepaids cards are compatible for use with PP.

yea they all work pretty good but i find master card does the best job

after u activate the card go to giftcardbalance123 after looking on the back of the card to find it i think its in the small print go to history and get the expu number. ull need that to make the purchase
