Passed away one day before the election, what a shame...

Who the hell cares? He can be sad, but I don't think anybody who did not know her or who was related to her should be sad. If my whole family died I wouldn't expect any of you to be sorry for me.

I think the point is her grandson is extremely close to being the first non-white president in history, and she couldn't hang on one more day to see it (possibly) happen. It's not going to affect the election, but it is very sad.
