Youtube is going to shit, i made a movie back in like the 70 cap, or early 80 cap of me hunting. Which is like 2 years, and i jsut got the email

It's happening to everyone with copyrighted music. Just put in the description
All audio content is owned by "so and so". Nothing youtube could do unless they wanna get sued again.

The song and artist was at the end of the video, and wtf are these idiotic companys thinking, they getting free advertising for fk sake I guess Island Records are just learning what the INTERNET is, just like metallica some years back

Man why are they trying so hard? Its stupid, their copyright law obviously isn't up to today technology. Going around suing kids, ridiculous. They earn so much money already give it a rest, stupid record company. Plus all record company now is about profit anyway, money money money.. music is money to them, not like the old time when music used to be art. Now its ass and blings and money. So why not let us profit from this shit. Same as movie, Hollywood is not what it used to be, its all about marketing, getting every penny out of a movie, selling merchandise and shit.

I used to have videos of runescape lol (still have them up but dont play anymore or worry abotut the vids) and lats year sony bmg found that 1 of my songs had a copyrighted song and now they have an ad in the decscription of my vid. All my vids with universal music are fine so its just the company that owns the copyright decide wat to do. BTW they have a tracker which can find music and show (popular ones like simpsons episodes) then notify the developer who chooses what to do.

Youtube was not so strict about copyright until it was purchased by google. Ever since it has been much stricter on copyrights.
