It's your first day as President or Prime Minister (depending on the country you're in). In your first day what will you do?

I'll start off:
Order up a Cuban Cigar, install a stripper pole in the oval office, find a young office secretary to smoke my cigar*cough, and address Congress and America on the subject of Freedom! Then I'll go take a piss on the Lincoln memorial. Good Times.
