Speak about a mother's love for her child and her religion.. Psychologists, Diet coaches, Children's social services, even Psychotherapy come to mind. Hopefully someone who works at that Hospital decides to contact at least Child social services, i mean, if the parents decide to the best of their knowledge to keep the deceased child, fine, but knowingly allowing them to pass the same behavior on to their other children is just being severely irresponsible.. Even if your not personally involved, it should be anyone's obligation to take at least some form of action to ensure the Children's Safety.
