my 'thought-language' wasn't english until after 3-4 years i lived here...so it depends on your surroundings

hmm, use a different language more often? i talk to my friend in english nearly everyday, we're both from the same country and we can both speak the language.
but personally i fantasize in pictures...i guess it's just a matter of what u like. since i can draw pretty well maybe that's why i think in images.
if you have a love for teh english language, or whichever one you want to use than maybe you will think in it.

I think in both depending on what i'm doing. If i'm doing academic work or thinking to solve a problem it's in French. English when i'm watching tv or whatever. When i'm drunk I speak in french and same thing when i'm really tired.

btw this is the poem im on about
You ask me what I meanby saying I have lost my tongue.
I ask you,
what would you do if you had two tongues in your mouth, and lost the first one,
the mother tongue,
and could not really know the other,
the foreign tongue.
You could not use them both togethereven if you thought that way.
And if you lived in a place you had tospeak a foreign tongue,
your mother tongue would rot,
rot and die in your mouthuntil you had to spit it out.
I thought I spit it outbut overnight while I dream,
(munay hutoo kay aakhee jeebh aakhee bhasha)
(may thoonky nakhi chay)
(parantoo rattray svupnama mari bhasha pachi aavay chay)
(foolnee jaim mari bhasha nmari jeebh)
(modhama kheelay chay)
(fullnee jaim mari bhasha mari jeebh)
(modhama pakay chay)
it grows back, a stump of a shootgrows longer,
grows moist, grows strong veins,
it ties the other tongue in knots, the bud opens,
the bud opens in my mouth,
it pushes the other tongue aside.
Everytime I think I've forgotten,
I think I've lost the mother tongue,
it blossoms out of my mouth.

no he kicks you in the balls at different speeds the grunts you make will form a language he can understand and for him to reply he gives you niple criples and the screams you make you will learn to understand as a language
