But why?!

I listen to Heavy Rock, Metal and Screamy music. Why do i like this song? Im honestly baffled by this. It has a good beat, but i hate all music like this, so why do i like this song? What makes this one different?

Anybody have a Masters in Psychiatry (Possible mental issue)?

I don't like rap either, because I usually can't identify with the lack of singing (that's my perception of music, mind you) but there are some Eminem songs I like, and early 80's rap like GrandMaster Flash and the Furious Five still engages me.

There are times when jazz/fusion really turns my crank, there are times when I like Celtic music even though it's not even close to my thing. Just relax and enjoy what you like. If it speaks to you lyrically or musically, the beat, whatever, great!

i remember i used to listen to this celtic rock band called Flatfoot56 it was like heavy metal music with bagpipes and other celtic instruments. And they all sounded irish! Or scottish. Whatever its the same . I'm more into screamo/emo rock now. P.S. i like alot of things that aren't screamo. Don't worrie ur not gonna die...... Or are you?...

There's noting wrong with listening to a type of song you usually never listen.
I am a Pop, BES, R&B girl and obviously don't like the screamy gothic metal stuff.
But sometimes i hear one of them and they stay in my head for like 3 days.

yea...ascendancy has some reaaally good stuff... i cant stop listening to A Gunshot To The Head Of Trepidation, but Shogun is awesome in its own way... its just epic... its my favourite trivium album...ascendancy is 2nd best imo, both albums r awesome anyway
