Anyone here ever skip school?
If you have were did you go and what did you do?

My school had cookies. Soo no skippin for me =p

i faked tat i was sick for a week and that sucked it was so dumb...

So, I can't because I'll get caught for sure, I sometimes skip class and they still call, but I say I was late and they took down attendance already. Haha, I haven't skipped once this year though

Yes, i have.

Its fun. When i ditch i usually go down to the shopping center by my school.
Watch a movie maybe, get some good food. Or hang out. If im in the mood i'll find others to ditch with me (a lot more than i would take to the movies) and go to the beach or wherever they want to hang out.

Im actually going to do it tomorrow too

Should be fun.

don't skip anymore, but did skip 2 months worth from 7-8th grade to hang with my gf.

its not a joke. my school does the same thing. i never skipped any class before cause im not stupid like everyone else who thinks its a cool thing to do.

i got a detention couple times and an automatic system calls my house, but i just answer it like a friend called me and find all my phones and delete the entry so my parents wouldnt know about it.

dont skip class, you just get more work.

Same thing as dystopia here, I'll skip classes with subs and play hookie occasionally, but that's about all I can do without getting detentions/suspensions.

yea my high school used to do that too, except when a "parent" called to notify of the abscence... i ditched a lot in 7th grade... just went to a friends house and play n64... cuz we tried goin to the movies but we got caught cuz we were too young... and all high school i only ditched once but it was because one of my friends passed away and her funeral was during school hours, thats when i called in as my dad saying i had personal business to attend to...

It was pretty easy to skip at my school whilst I was a senior, basically you were allowed one lesson off a day without being marked absent for the whole day, so yeah... I did it every time I had a 5th period lesson because it was a waste of time IMO.

i think its a stupid idea unless you have a lot of blowoff classes

I skip once or twice a week. My school is perfect for it, I go home for lunch and just don't come back. I usually go chill with my friends.

I don't think that has to be true. I'm in highschool and I skip all the time and still get straight A's. Its just something to do if you don't even have to think in school. I'd rather go chill with people then zone out though a class.

Skipped a total of 28 days in my second semester last year and the marks reflected on it lol

School is serious business now.

I skipped summer school once when I was lil, me and a friend missed the bus, we decided to just stay out and we'd go home when the bus came again, it was a good plan in theory, we didn't realize the school would call though lol.

Anyway, we just walked around, and hung around at some places, went to a gas station and got a drink and some candy cigarettes lol.

Everyone's guilty of doing this at least once in their highschool years...I feignted sickness to skip tests but thats pretty much it

Yes, only in elementary, when i woke up and it was hella late, and told mom to call in and just say that i am sick.


In middle school, thought of it, but whats the point.



Currently in High School, straight up hell no, skip a day, you need proof of you having a legit reason for why you missed school, without that reason, you can't do make up work, and even if you have legit readmit, what my school calls it, you are going to have a shit load of make-up wrk

I skipped Abnormal Psychology most of the semester last fall. The professor posted all his lectures online and so were the quizzes. The only time I actually went to class was the first two weeks and the last day, which was the final exam.

mine is some what the same lol just without the "a student" it attually says my name

"Hello, this is ... calling. A student in your household name ... in grade ... was absent during periods ... Please send a note to explain the absence."
