Thats true, somehow turks made it to the semifinals, they did it ok but i dont think they deserved the match against croatia, maybe they deserved something better against germany. anyways, this is football, and here the one who scores, even playing like shit, wins.

Turkey didn't deserve the match against czech, which was 3 matches ago.

The one against Holland could've gone either way in my opinion [from an outsiders point of view], cuz both teams were better for certain parts of the halfs.

they beat croatia hands down, the turks dismantled them both overtime periods and in penalties, you can't give croatia that game only cuz they were better the second half but failed to score.

they outplayed the germans from what i saw til the game got cut off over here due to "technical difficulties", though i heard the germans snatched it away on the 90th minute.

I don't understand why you guys are against turkey, but i do agree the way they went out was pretty ironic. If anything, germany hasn't proved anything. It's been a sorry show for being ranked 5th in the world and being 3rd in the last world cup.

I thought that Turkey should have won. They played well, had great strikes in the first half when the German team was sloppy, almost as seem they were lazy or anything. Look at the first Turkish goal, and see how "fast" the German defenders react, they barely even ran when the ball is in their penalty box. Turkey played well, though Rustu made a fatal blunder and cost them their lead. I don't think luck was the only reason why the made it so far, they played well, especially with their forward. Still, at the end, the score is what decides which is the better team, so not much can be done.
