You have to renew your drivers license every 6 years?

Here you're "recommended" to do 40 lessons (i did 10 but i could drive before i was 17), + your test. At £20 each thats about £900.

Then you've got tax at £200ish per year. Plus insurance (about £1500 for young people per year).

Thats a lot of money.

To even get your licence you'll spend probably ~1500 euro, then there is idd car insurance/road taxes/gas etc... And ofcourse all those tickets no one deserves even when they did 60 in a 30 zone! *cough cough*

im recomended 35 but on track to take my test before 20, 10 is insane though did you drive on private land or have parent take you out aswell so you learn faster?

Got taught clutch control on a private road when i was 16.

Then had parents take me out between lessons (had 2 lessons per week). Yeah, i wanted to make sure i passed as quickly as possible. Booked my test 2 weeks after my birthday (as soon as i had passed my theory).

ahh wish i could do that my mom drives an automatic and besides friends i dont know anyone local who can teach me and friends dont wanna ruin their nice cars so 1 or 2 lessons a week is all i have
