Not really. No deaths have to occur. We just need some of those giant boxing gloves mounted on giant springs similar to what you see in cartoons. If someone or something "bad" tries to enter our country, BAM!!! Punch them out of our borders. Attach those gloves to a Top Secret advanced AI system that can detect terrorist threats 100% and we are set.
