If you move the slides up/down and left/right you can see in what order the stack of numbers lies from top to bottom.

You see the numberplates overlapping eachother.

Now you have to figure out the exact order of the Numbers on the stack and insert the answer in the bar with numbers on the right, from Front to Rear Once the correct code is generated a door will pop up and relieve you from your pain.

I found it helped to tap my foot and left hand to keep sync once the sound and counter stop.
