I don't know man, it all depends on the kind of person, in my opinion that kind of pain feels real nice...
Yeah, certain pains are good I think. Like, when I used to work out a lot with weights and was wayyyyy stronger than I am now, I'd love the pain I'd get on really good lifting days.
I love that too - I love the day after you really push yourself, all your muscles seem really tight when you move and you feel ... stronger (lack of better word)
Yeah it's the best. Especially, for me, on back days.
I haven't lifted seriously in years
I'm gonna start soon again though I think.....I miss it
it's good pain. the pain itself is half of the addiction. about 30 mins in, the burn is almost hypnotic. i have fallen asleep in the chair before. the endorphins kick in, your blood starts pumping, and for the first time in god knows how long, maybe ever, your entire being is focused on one tiny little pinprick spot on your body as the needle moves across your skin.

are you guys sure about that? One of the reasons I have been staying away from tatoos is because of the pain...but then the pain is supposed to be good??

there is a saying: Pain is temporary. Pride is forever.
it hurts, i won't lie to you. some of the shading on my arm was brutal, and the lines on the tree on my back felt like a razor blade. but it's a rush. and you will wear it proudly forever. forget the pain. pain is transient. what the pain brings is well worth it in my opinion.

Also, a general question: I was thinking of getting my parents initials on my wrist. MRM, in some kind of simple bold writing.
Thoughts on that?
Did I say I have a tat?? xD... Can't recall that actually...
I don't have any tats, I just want to have tats...
I have no idea.. I'll see what I said and all...
EDIT:

You mean what I said here?? ^^
That was when I told I wasn't the fighting type, but a harmony type, and I said before that I wanted a YinYang in my neck, and the rest was just a summary of the rest of the tats I want...
The star I have in mind will be either a Pentagram, just a normal open one or something like, an 8 pointed star, as that is my lucky number..
I also have no idea what my tattoos will look like, but I'll see when I'm the right age and have the money for it, that I'll pick a nice design for it...
So.. for now it's just all a small thing I have on my mind... especially lately I have it on my mind because of this thread...
BTW: I just saw that Alyssa Milano has got that.. thing/snake/beast of your around that goatheadpantagram of your on her wrist???
