my cousin answered to me that question when i was complaining i wasnt gettin a good breast when i was like 16-17. I will never forget it, tho i'm not posting it cuz it's kinda vulgar.

But there are technical things like:

You have to measure around your chest directly under the breast. And also around the chest, directly above the breasts and under the arms.
Then you measure around your chest at the highest part of the breast.


And as in for cup sizes

Bra band sizes 32-28:

* "Slender" build: A cup
* "Average" build: B cup
* "Heavier" build: C cup

Bra band sizes 40-42:

* "Average" build: B cup
* "Heavier" build: C-D cup

Bra band sizes 44-46:

* "Average" build: C cup
* "Heavier" build: D-DD cup

now there are girls who just test any bra on them and the one that fits the most, then they go and say "i'm 34C" and etc, which is easier than being mesuring and all that jazz.
