Mine would have to be

Food: Spam sandwich
Reason: tastes good and easy to make
Recipe:
-toast a couple slices of bread
-slice up the spam horizontally into size you want
-fry till golden brown
-put on bread
-put some ketchup

And happy eating

Recent obsession, not very waist-friendly.

Food: Chip Dip
Reason: It's quick & easy, and yum.
Recipe: Get a microwave safe plate with a high lip, and smear a thin layer of cream cheese on the bottom. Next, pour some Hormel's bean-free chili in a thin layer. Don't add water or anything, it'll loosen up after being heated. Lastly, take some shredded cheddar or colby cheese and cover the cream cheese and chili in an even layer.

Pop it into the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute, or until the cheese on top is thoroughly melted. Dig in with corn chips or crackers and be ready to go YUM-0!
