1) Call the police and find out what you can do.
2.) Talk to the neighbors, try to maybe get a neighborhood watch going?
3.) If you are convinced that they're druggies, do your best to watch out for them, and if you happen to see anything that screams HEY IM DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL take a photo or call the police on the spot.
4.) Adopt some big doggies, people tend to have their hearts drop to their stomach when they hear a big bark and they're doing something wrong
Well new update on this. Today two sheriff officers came by looking for the guy after the woman and him got in a fight. Seems he has two felony warrants out for him. Told us to call 911 (is that normal? always thought you would just call the sheriffs dpt.) if we saw him or heard him.

Actually they picked him up this morning....3 and a half hours after we called 911. Glad it wasnt a emergency
dude, tweekers are the worst, ..... call the police on their asses and tell them you have seen them with tweek pipes chillin on their porch, see if you can get their house raided. god i hate tweekers.
i don't think my town even has a sheriffs dept.....but our 911 is fact i accidently dialed the wrong number and it had 911 in it and i hung up....like 5 sec later they were at our door....i was little when i did that though
