Screw that, brushing is irrelevant. Having a cemetery in your mouth isn't too bad.

188cm and ~85kg here. I really eat a lot, and when I say a lot, I eat like every 2 hours or so. I had a 2 months pause from volleyball practices, and I lost 4 kgs.

Eat something inbetween meals even if you arnt hungry, like a sandwich or some sort. Try to have multiple "medium sized" meals throughout the day.

Carbs will be your main weight gaining macro, protein about 1-1.5g/lb.

A cheap way to get your carbs in? Alot of white rice. I prefer rice over bread, not just because im Asian but because you can eat loads of it without being super bloated.

Work out - weights. I dont really do cardio unless its for fun when im trying to gain weight.

Only thing you need to do to gain weight is be at a caloric surplus.

just stick to my diet, double marlboros double coffee and just eat once a day, a huge dinner, thats it. Voila perfect health
