Wouldn't recomend it. Can cause static build up but unlikly you will fry it if you are careful. I use a leafblower at work for desktops. Though we don't really care if they fry or not lol. However i use dust off for laptops.

All it's doing spraying air. Just like an air compresser would do.

That's how you get the good stuff. Also try the Dell outlet store. They themselves sell Refurbished stuff. Don't know how cheap you can get it but yea a non Ebay option.
