RuYi is not mean or rude, she is very nice to talk to 1 on 1 actually. Someone has to be the stickler otherwise there wouldn't be a balance on the mod team, that's how i see it anyway.

i can second this from first hand convos. ive done things that deserved harsh words openly. and when i spoke to her via pm shes was just fine. at least i believe it was her. i dont remember any more im feeling to ill to think today.

Hell, if you want to see her friendliness, check just about any of her posts in Other Games section. When passing down punishment, there's no need to be nice, it would be like a parent trying to scold a child for misbehaving and giving them a cookie at the same time.
