What keeps me going...

I get a nice hot cup of tea or coffee and either grab my ipod and lie down and listen to music until I pass out or go outside, get some fresh air, and enjoy some peace and quiet (can hear an occassional car go by).

I'm one of those people where if something bad happens to them, I just go "eh, oh well" and move on. If I do get "down" its for a max of a day or so.
