the best soldiers are not the mindless ones, those are the cannon fodder...the ones you want next to you are those that can think fast and react fast...the mission goal should be the only conscience you need but stopping and thinking before you take shot to make sue if its the best thing to do is a moment of hesitation and it has saved many lives before...

Well, on a mission when i am attacking an enemy stronghold -> i would kill anything in sight coz even mission is all about killing.
You highlight the tactical and i the practical part of a mission.
There is a time for both to take the lead.
You need think fast, but in action, there is no time to think, you must handle and act instantly and every part of you has to do things intinctive. You can think about your deeds AFTER you survived.
Not before.

You know Stephanus, it would be nice if you could elaborate more frequently on you're food for thoughts. Instead of always relying on the other members to present their discoveries and interpretations while sitting back and never taking part in the topic again. And could you work on you're posts to such an extent that it will relay you're thoughts more clearly?

I am a vegetarian, and haven't watched any of the videos. But I know the importance of survival, and to have those skills to kill an animal, without causing the animal much pain, I think is an important skill to have. We need to eat to survive, same with other animals. Its just these days, most people get their food from a supermarket, where do you think your sausages come from? Or the chicken that you have for your roast, they were once a living, breathing animals, that's main goal was to survive.
