Wish granted, but your lack of specifications about "which" deity leads you to the "mainstream" choice: the Christian lord. Upon your granted powers comes a plague of responsibility and guilt. You see a small child about to get murdered by a drugged up middle aged man, so you kill off the man to save the babies life. You send the man to hell for breaking one of your almighty commandments yet don't send yourself there for your immense of hypocrisy displayed. You watch in awe as that baby gets named by his parents: Adolf Hitler.

Many years pass and you watch in displeasure as that cute little baby unleashes a plague of apocalyptic torture upon a generation. You slowly start to drive yourself insane, you destroyed the souls of what you created all due to an assumed sense of innocence. The guilt slowly becomes too much for you. You slowly draw an end to your life, the blood from your neck seeking down onto the leather strap of your sandal. Though unlike your son, you wont be returning.

I wish to go on a mystic adventure deep into the physce of Rgar, a local deaf-mute Inuit blessed at birth by the Yanagart: a historically lost tribe from deep within the jungle of the great suburb pertja, in which the secrets of the Yanagart are revealed to me.

granted, but the secrets of yanagart won't make sense unless you climb the peaks of the himalayas, dive into the deep trenches of the atlantic, and scale the glass skyscrapers of new york and hong kong.

Granted, but your lack of dedication and self respect causes a slow and painful demise. Soon you get everyone to do every chore you have, dedicating your free time to your "busy awesome life". You stop going to school, working and even avoid your friends. Slowly you become more cynical, watching people earn what they deserve while you rot away into a pit of self depravity and despise.
