I like him has a person. But considering how long he's been in TN and we've only made 1 super bowl appearance, and quite a few play off appearances, but we always go out in the first round. It's just stupid when you have a crazy good RB, Randy Moss, Kenny britt (Who is amazing, and will get even better) and you can't win games. Doesn't make sense.
