IMO, i say no


You basically need to meet a person, in order to know that you missed them.


Not knowing a person, is just like all those other people out there in the world, where you only see them once, or never even going to see them in your life.


Like in the above post about what about meeting in dream?


How would you know they are even real?

And, if you met them in the dream, then you can't miss them
