I'm not much for red-meat but there's a very nice Cattleman's restaurant in Sacramento CA. Serves the best meatloaf I've ever had. The fireplace there is big enough to pull your dining table into, heheheheh... used to love eating there.

Louisiana blackened Cajun sounds great too, but mostly it's fruit and veggies & salads for me.
Chinese salads especially. The owner of a nearby Chinese restaurant is Vietnamese (go figure) and she has the very best recipe for her house dressing. Basic oil-n-vinegar but hers is sweet.
