First you are 14,idk but first you should wait till you are 16 and up to start whit the bodybuilding stuff
You are tall and 75 thats ok.
The basic food thing is simple
Candy is a no-no and and never eat to much fat
Eat healthy stuff
Im not tell you to live on potato's or tomato's
Eat fruits,Soy Meat is good if you don't hate soy,egg's,milk,spageti
Stop eating fast food,it has to much fat and its also bad for you anyway
But you will neat to eat some meat,so if so badly need to eat it
But the diet burger thing or a small burger
I know that would drive you crazy,but if you are on somebodys bday party
take a piece of a cake,but don't eat a half of a cake.

Exercise every morning,its the best time when the air is fresh,but i feel full of energy at 18-20h in the evening
And never forget WATER is the best thing ever.Drink about 2l of water every day
