Ure sayin that Gym + Martial Arts > Running + Biking + Swimming.

i would still take the left side.....Martial arts would train ure beating up reflexes and gym would give the strenght to do it!
Offcourse if youre just looking to buff out those three things are great

Anyway you are 14 years old,you cant have,e a freaking brad bod at that age
I may not everything about bodybuilding AXII guy because im a 19 year old girl whit a simple normal life

Lets start
First you are 14,idk but first you should wait till you are 16 and up to start whit the bodybuilding stuff

You are tall and 75 thats ok.
The basic food thing is simple
Candy is a no-no and and never eat to much fat
Eat healthy stuff
Im not tell you to live on potato's or tomato's
Eat fruits,Soy Meat is good if you don't hate soy,egg's,milk,spageti

Stop eating fast food,it has to much fat and its also bad for you anyway
But you will neat to eat some meat,so if so badly need to eat it
But the diet burger thing or a small burger

I know that would drive you crazy,but if you are on somebodys bday party
take a piece of a cake,but don't eat a half of a cake.

Exercise every morning,its the best time when the air is fresh,but i feel full of energy at 18-20h in the evening

And never forget WATER is the best thing ever.Drink about 2l of water every day

She posted everything what u need anyways.

First of all i really dunno about u go to fitness or not but i accept as if u will.As she said u r too young about body building but if u insist here it is.


Breakfast:
1-Omelette(with 2 eggs also u can add tomato and green pepper)
2-One or two pieces branny-bread
3-One cup of fruit juice or green tea
4-Nutritional Multivitamin-mineral 1 tablet

Lunch:
1-Sandwich with chicken or turkey meat also vegetable in it (what u wanna)
2-One or two pieces fruit
3-Amino asit (2 tablets)

Dinner:
1-One or two pieces fish or chicken(Dont forget olive oil include vitamin E)
2-Two pieces potato
3-Green salad without salt
4-Amino acid 2 tablets

-Before fitness (45 min)take 2 tablets Amino acid or Whey protein, some raisins
-After fitness 2tabs Amino acid or Whey protein, 1 banana

-If u exercise at home pls tell me and i post here what u should do.

Ok bro.First of all u have to make cardio about 30min.
Before starting cardio run at least 10 min outside if ya dont have running machine at home.
U really need to buy this first.

i eat peanut all the time, just avoid salty nut or other stuff like this, natural peanut are better for you.

Everyone replying to this is giving BS advice.

You need to tell us what exactly you're looking for. If you want muscles, then you need to eat MORE and lift heavy (as heavy as you can) utilizing compound movements, like bench press, squats, deadlifts, and then the usual stuff for arms, etc. If you are interested in doing cardio, then sure, biking, running, etc is good. If you're a walking skeleton, I'd put on some muscle, if you're fat, do cardio BUT YOU MUST DO WEIGHTS TOO because resistance training with weights increases your metabolic rate more than just cardio. No one thinks that lifting weights is good for them, but IMHO everyone should lift weights, regardless of what your goal is. We were given muscles to use, so get off your asses and move some weights around.

well mostly i want POWER!!! since i need it ..... im pritty much weak.....
and eah im eatting even more peanuts now since i quit chips and the other crap
im buying twice as pricier then chips nuts ant eating like two packs a day lol.....im addicted.
