I think we aint allowed to listen to music during class. But most teachers dont mind it if you do it lol...I can concentrate a bit better on my work when Im listening to music anyways. No disturbance (sp lol) from the other people in the classroom

word* the education is "ok", but its like stuff i already know and being intrinsically motivated does not help at all. Its not only the school but the people too. Some of them are "smart" (book-smart, knowledge doesn't span beyond their school books - a small minority) most are ignorant and worship Fox News as their god, my art teacher and i quote, just last week when i attempted to have a discussion with him about presidential candidates, had the audacity to say "Fox News is Democratic" my response, in a real corny Latino accent: "apparently their not conservative enough, eh amigo?"

The teachers are biased, the students are a little brain dead, and the environment is way to goody-goody. Thats why the moment I'm out of college I'm either A) moving back to New York, or B)Moving to a Country where the education system will force my Children to push themselves from beginning to end. Not this BS we have in the states where you don't get hit with a "challenge" until college.
