After reading this book it doesn't seem to offer anything that average people don't already know. I get the feeling that Mrs. Lawrence is quite out of touch with reality.

There some chapters in this book that leave me wondering whether she does any research at all.

I'm also quite disappointed that Mrs. Lawrence would use sex appeal (the cover)...
