Depends on the girl I think.
When my bf, now ex, came back from work in summer, the vains on his hands and arms were somewhat swollen due the work and the warmth of summer, but I never really cared.
As long as it's not too obvious.. ("OMG VAINS... Oh wait there's a guy sticking on it.")

About muscles.. Nothing wrong with being in shape at all.
But not too much. >>

Lenght of body. Don't really have to worry about guys being shorter than me, since I'm almost 5"1. :3

I like guys with good skin quality so the veins are nothing but disturbance on the looks.

IMO guys who look thin on the outside and when he takes off his cloths he has decent amount of muscles is good <3

I'm pretty sure that if you didn't have that vein blood wouldn't be able to fill your man tool and it would be dysfunctional. That vein is a vein that everyone will have to tolerate.

A little muscle is ok, alot, no. A little muscle tone is fine, even not, it's fine, for me anyway. I worry about my own imperfections to much to care or think about it. And the guys personality matters most to me.
