Mods will come and go, and this thread will be eternified with a sticky. I think it would be best to just leave it with the icons, plain and simple.

Hmm, good point. My other idea was that everyone who joined on the last or first day of the month post what their joining month is for their time zone. That would make more sense to me than restricting it all to GMT -8.

Acctually I should stay where I am, I just noticed today that my time zone here was set a GMT 0 or something, which was 6 or 7 hours ahead of me, turns out I did join in December.
