go ahead, let the person overclock, they can go read on wherever how to do it, but they will just leave out certain things like getting better cooling, they will fry their components, or wear them out a lot sooner than they should be, and be then VERY happy with their computer huh? yea, but ok, thats fine, have them overclock... because it makes SUCH A HUGE difference with the speeds of the shit that is out nowadays.

Flaming again? No he won't fry his components because the guides TELL you to watch your temps if you increase your voltage AND the e6600's overclock well even on stock cooling. And yes overclocking will lower the lifespan of your parts but guess what? -Parts have a ridiculously long lifespan, I doubt he will use up his parts in his lifetime. The only self proclaimed noob seems to be you since you have no idea what you're talking about and seem to be talking out of your ass.
